Artist
Lebanon Hanover are a British-Swiss post-punk and coldwave duo formed in Sunderland, England, in 2010 by Larissa Iceglass and William Maybell. Their stark bass lines, guitar, drum-machine rhythms and alternating vocals are heard on albums including The World Is Getting Colder and Tomb for Two, which contains the songs “Gallowdance” and “Sadness Is Rebellion.” Lebanon Hanover tour as a two-piece, with Iceglass on guitar and Maybell on bass while both members sing over programmed rhythms. They have performed at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig and at Cruel World in Pasadena.
