Leo Nocentelli Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Leo Nocentelli is an American guitarist, songwriter and founding member of the New Orleans funk group The Meters. His syncopated guitar parts are central to recordings including “Cissy Strut,” “Look-Ka Py Py” and “Fire on the Bayou.” He also recorded the solo singer-songwriter album Another Side in 1971; it was released in 2021.

As a member of The Meters, he opened for the Rolling Stones on the Tour of the Americas ’75 and their subsequent European dates. The original quartet reunited at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in 2005, then performed together at Bonnaroo in 2006.
