Lo Moon in Los Angeles

Lo Moon is an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles around singer, guitarist and songwriter Matt Lowell. The group plays atmospheric indie rock colored by electronic textures. The long-form single “Loveless” introduced its sound, followed by the self-titled debut album, A Modern Life and I Wish You Way More Than Luck. Lo Moon opened North American dates for The War on Drugs, then joined Chvrches for shows on the Love Is Dead tour during the cycle for the debut album. The band followed those support runs with club headline dates, presenting the songs in a full-band arrangement centered on the voice and guitar of Matt Lowell.
