LOBODA in Copenhagen

LOBODA is the stage name of Ukrainian pop singer Svetlana Loboda, born in Kyiv in 1982. After a brief spell in the group VIA Gra, she established a solo career built on dance-pop and electropop songs including “Be My Valentine! (Anti-Crisis Girl),” “К чёрту любовь,” “Твои глаза” and “SuperSTAR”; the album H2LO became a central release in her catalogue. At the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, she represented Ukraine with “Be My Valentine! (Anti-Crisis Girl).” She later presented the H2LO show at Kyiv’s Palace of Sports in 2017, followed by the arena-sized SuperSTAR Show, which reached VTB Arena in 2019.
