Los Abuelos De La Nada in Rosario

Los Abuelos De La Nada are an Argentine rock band founded in Buenos Aires in 1967 by singer-songwriter Miguel Abuelo. Their best-known period began after a 1981 re-formation featuring Andrés Calamaro and Cachorro López; albums including Vasos y besos and Himno de mi corazón produced songs such as “Mil horas,” “Costumbres argentinas” and “Lunes por la madrugada.” In 1982, Los Abuelos De La Nada performed at the Festival de la Solidaridad Latinoamericana at Estadio Obras Sanitarias and later presented their self-titled album at Teatro Coliseo. Their June 1985 concerts were recorded for the live album Los Abuelos en el Ópera, preserving the band’s repertoire at Teatro Ópera.
