Los Bitchos in Prague

Los Bitchos are a British instrumental quartet formed in London in 2017. They play guitar-led cumbia, surf rock and psychedelic pop, and became known through tracks including “Pista (Fresh Start)” and “The Link Is About to Die.” Alex Kapranos produced their debut album, Let the Festivities Begin!, which was followed by Talkie Talkie. Los Bitchos toured in support of Mac DeMarco and Franz Ferdinand before building their own international headline schedule around Let the Festivities Begin!. Festival appearances included Glastonbury in 2022 and Coachella in 2023.

Sinkane is the recording and performance project of Sudanese-American musician Ahmed Gallab, who grew up in Ohio and later settled in Brooklyn. He plays psychedelic funk shaped by Afrobeat, jazz and electronic pop. The catalogue includes the albums Mars, Mean Love and Life & Livin’ It, as well as songs such as “Runnin’” and “U’Huh.” Sinkane performed at Glastonbury Festival in 2015 as a full band led by Ahmed Gallab. The band later brought material from Life & Livin’ It to an NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert.
