Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado in Tucumán

Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado are an Argentine rock band formed to accompany singer and songwriter Indio Solari in his solo career. The group appears on records including El tesoro de los inocentes (Bingo Fuel), Porco Rex and El perfume de la tempestad; its repertoire also draws on songs Solari first performed in Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota. The group backed Solari at the 2017 concert in Olavarría, their last performance together with the singer appearing in person. Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado subsequently began giving concerts under their own name, including the 2021 show A los pájaros at Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona. At the band’s post-2017 concerts, musicians including Gaspar Benegas, Baltasar Comotto and Pablo Sbaraglia divide the lead vocals. Solari has also appeared on screen for selected songs. Their later festival appearances include Cosquín Rock and Quilmes Rock.
