Los Morancos in Seville

Los Morancos are a Spanish comedy duo formed in Seville by brothers César and Jorge Cadaval. They reached national television through Un, dos, tres... responda otra vez and became known for celebrity and political impersonations, musical parodies, and recurring characters including Omaíta and Antonia. Their performing history began at neighborhood festivals in Triana in 1979. Four decades later, the theatre production X 40+ marked the anniversary, followed by shows including El Desfase and Todo por la Matria. A Los Morancos stage show features both brothers in sketches, character routines, impersonations and comic songs, often drawing on Spanish politics and popular culture. Spain is the center of their live work: they play theatre engagements in Madrid and Barcelona, while national tours also reach Valencia.
