Artist
Los Tucanes De Tijuana are a Mexican norteño band formed in Tijuana in 1987 and led by singer-songwriter Mario Quintero Lara. Their accordion-driven corridos, norteño songs and cumbias include “La Chona,” “El Tucanazo,” “Mis Tres Animales” and “El Centenario.” In 2019, Los Tucanes De Tijuana became the first norteño act to perform at Coachella, appearing on both weekends of the festival. They followed that appearance with a performance at Vive Latino in 2020, bringing their corridos and dance songs to Foro Sol.
