LOSALIOS is a Japanese jazz-rock and avant-garde project led by Blankey Jet City drummer Tatsuya Nakamura. He started it in 1996 as LOVE SHOP LOSALIOS and initially created all the music himself. The project took its present name for the 1999 debut album Sekai Chizu wa Chi no Ato, featuring musicians from Blankey Jet City and Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. In 2002, LOSALIOS established a live lineup featuring bassist TOKIE, guitarist Takashi Kato and saxophonist Shinji Takeda. The group toured behind The End of the Beauty in 2003 and performed at Rising Sun Rock Festival in Ezo in 2008.
