Luca Stricagnoli in Sandpoint

Luca Stricagnoli is an Italian fingerstyle guitarist, born in Varese in 1991. He became known through percussive acoustic arrangements of songs including AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck,” Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child o’ Mine” and Gorillaz’s “Feel Good Inc.,” alongside original pieces released on his self-titled debut album and What If? Luca Stricagnoli performs solo, using standard acoustic guitars, a reversed triple-neck guitar and other custom instruments to play melody, bass and percussion within one arrangement. He has taken this format to theatres and guitar concert series on international tours, and has also appeared in the touring showcase International Guitar Night.
