About Lucia Micarelli
Lucia Micarelli is an American violinist and actress born in Queens, New York, in 1983. Her music combines classical repertoire with rock and pop, heard on the albums Music from a Farther Room and Interlude. She is also known for playing Annie Talarico in the HBO series Treme.
In 2003, she toured as concertmaster and featured soloist with Trans-Siberian Orchestra. She later joined Josh Groban on the Closer Tour and appeared in his concert film Live at the Greek, then toured with Jethro Tull before returning as a featured violinist on the Awake Tour.
