About Lucifer
Lucifer is a German-Swedish heavy-rock band formed in Berlin in 2014 by vocalist Johanna Sadonis. Its music draws on 1970s hard rock, doom metal and occult rock. The debut album Lucifer I was created with former Cathedral guitarist Gaz Jennings, while Nicke Andersson became a key writer and musician from Lucifer II onward. “California Son,” “Dreamer” and “Ghosts” are among the band’s best-known songs.
Lucifer gave its first concert at Roadburn Festival in Tilburg in 2015, shortly before Lucifer I was released. The band followed that appearance with club tours in Europe and North America, then performed on larger stages at Hellfest in Clisson and Sweden Rock Festival in Sölvesborg.
