Artist
Luedji Luna is a Brazilian singer-songwriter, born in Salvador in 1987, whose music encompasses MPB, soul, jazz and Afro-Brazilian rhythms. Her debut album, Um Corpo no Mundo, introduced songs including “Banho de Folhas” and the title track; she followed it with Bom Mesmo É Estar Debaixo D’Água. Her 2021 NPR Tiny Desk (Home) Concert presented material from both albums in a full-band performance. She later took that repertoire beyond Brazil and performed at WOMADelaide in Adelaide.
