Lunar Vacation in Oklahoma City

Lunar Vacation are an American indie-pop band formed in Atlanta in 2016. Their hazy guitar pop first appeared on the EPs Swell and Artificial Flavors, while songs including “Swimming,” “Unlucky” and “Shrug” helped establish their sound. The albums Inside Every Fig Is a Dead Wasp and Everything Matters, Everything’s Fire expanded that catalogue. In 2022, Lunar Vacation opened North American shows for The Beths, adding larger rooms to a live history that began in local clubs. The band has also performed at its hometown festival Shaky Knees.
