Lupe Fiasco in Cleveland

Lupe Fiasco is an American rapper born in Chicago in 1982, known for intricate, socially engaged hip-hop. His 2006 debut album, Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor, introduced “Kick, Push” and “Daydreamin’”; later releases included The Cool and Lasers, home to “Superstar” and “The Show Goes On.” In 2008, he performed in arenas on Kanye West’s Glow in the Dark Tour, which also featured Rihanna and N.E.R.D. He later built headline shows around complete-album performances, celebrating his debut’s tenth anniversary in 2016 and taking The Cool on a fifteenth-anniversary tour in 2022.
