Maceo Plex in San Francisco

Maceo Plex is the principal alias of Cuban-American DJ and producer Eric Estornel, who began DJing and producing in Dallas. His music ranges across house, techno and electro; the albums Life Index and Solar, together with “Vibe Your Love,” “Conjure Balearia” and the Gabriel Ananda collaboration “Solitary Daze,” are central to his catalogue. In 2016 he launched the Mosaic by Maceo residency at Pacha in Ibiza, programming nights around his extended DJ sets and invited house and techno artists. He later presented the series at Printworks in London, taking the format into the venue’s main Press Halls. He has performed at Movement in Detroit, an event rooted in the city’s techno history. In Europe, Maceo Plex has played Time Warp in Mannheim and Awakenings in the Netherlands.
