Macie Stewart in Chicago

Macie Stewart is an American singer, songwriter, violinist and guitarist based in Chicago, working across indie folk, jazz and experimental music. She is known for the solo album Mouth Full of Glass, including “Finally” and “Maya, Please,” and for co-founding Finom, formerly billed as OHMME, alongside Sima Cunningham. Macie Stewart toured clubs and festivals as one half of OHMME and later Finom. Her solo concerts placed her songs in arrangements for voice, guitar and violin, a format she also presented at the Hideout in Chicago.
