Madball & Combust in Bucharest

Madball is an American hardcore band formed in New York City in 1988, initially as an offshoot of Agnostic Front. Fronted by Freddy Cricien, the group became closely associated with New York hardcore through albums including Set It Off, Demonstrating My Style and Hold It Down. The live album Live at CBGB’s documents Madball at a venue central to the New York punk and hardcore scene. The band subsequently carried its compact, full-band sets through international club tours and onto major hardcore and metal festival programs, including Hellfest and Resurrection Fest.
