Majo Aguilar is a Mexican singer-songwriter, born in Mexico City in 1994, who performs ranchera and mariachi music with elements of Latin pop. A granddaughter of Antonio Aguilar and Flor Silvestre, she drew on that musical lineage for the album Mi herencia, mi sangre, which includes “No voy a llorar” and “Morí.” In 2024, Majo Aguilar and Alex Fernández toured together under the title Dos Dinastías, Una Tradición. The concerts paired individual sets with shared mariachi numbers by Majo Aguilar and Alex Fernández.
