Artist
Maldita Nerea is a Spanish pop-rock band formed in Murcia in 2003. Its melodic, guitar-led songs are written around the voice of Jorge Ruiz, and the band is known for “El secreto de las tortugas,” “Tu mirada me hace grande” and “Cosas que suenan a...,” as well as the albums Fácil, Mira dentro and Bailarina. In 2011, the band presented Fácil at the Palacio de Deportes de la Comunidad de Madrid, and the performance was documented on the Mucho + Fácil release. Tours built around Mira dentro and Bailarina followed, taking the group through theatres, auditoriums and festivals across Spain. At Maldita Nerea concerts, the songs are performed by a full band led by singer, guitarist and songwriter Jorge Ruiz.
