About MAN WITH A MISSION
MAN WITH A MISSION is a Japanese rock band formed in Tokyo in 2010. The five members perform in wolf masks and play alternative rock, punk and metal with electronic programming. Their best-known songs include “Database,” used for Log Horizon, “Raise Your Flag” from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and “Kizuna no Kiseki,” recorded with milet for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
The Dead End in Tokyo Tour took the band through Europe and North America in 2017, followed by the international Chasing the Horizon World Tour. Their concerts use the full five-piece lineup, pairing Tokyo Tanaka’s lead vocals with Jean-Ken Johnny’s guitar and vocals, Kamikaze Boy’s bass, Spear Rib’s drums and DJ Santa Monica’s turntables. Further overseas dates followed in 2023 on the Wolves on Parade Tour.
