Artist
Marathonmann is a German post-hardcore band formed in Munich in 2011. They play melodic, German-language hardcore and are known for the EP Die Stadt gehört den Besten, the debut album Holzschwert and later records including Die Angst sitzt neben dir and Maniac. After releasing Holzschwert, Marathonmann took the album into clubs around Germany. Festival appearances followed at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, where the band presented its German-language material on larger stages.
