Marc Marshall in Bad Sooden-Allendorf

Marc Marshall is a German singer, presenter, actor and entertainer, born in 1963. His repertoire covers chanson, jazz, pop and classical music, and his solo albums include Nimm Dir Zeit, Die Perfekte Affäre and Herzschlag. He studied jazz at the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles and trained as a baritone at the Karlsruhe University of Music. In 1997, Marc Marshall and tenor Jay Alexander began performing and touring as the classical-pop duo Marshall & Alexander. They celebrated the duo’s twentieth anniversary with three concerts at the Ötigheim open-air theatre in 2017, before ending the partnership in 2023. His solo concert work has also included the staged series Mr. M’s Jazz Club at the Kurhaus Baden-Baden.
