The Bronx & Bedouin Soundclash in Fort Lauderdale

The Bronx are an American hardcore punk band formed in Los Angeles in 2002. Their catalog includes the early self-titled album The Bronx and songs such as “Heart Attack American,” “History’s Stranglers” and “Knifeman.” The musicians also created the mariachi side project Mariachi El Bronx. The Bronx played the Vans Warped Tour in 2004, establishing a touring history built around punk clubs and festival stages. They later performed at the Reading and Leeds Festivals, then joined Rancid and Dropkick Murphys for the US amphitheatre dates of the Boston to Berkeley II tour in 2021.

Bedouin Soundclash are a Canadian reggae and alternative-rock band formed at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, by singer-guitarist Jay Malinowski and bassist Eon Sinclair. They became known for the album Sounding a Mosaic and its single “When the Night Feels My Song,” followed by records including Street Gospels and the song “Walls Fall Down.” In 2005, the band performed at the Live 8 concert in Barrie and joined the Vans Warped Tour, bringing their full-band set to festival and outdoor stages. Their later British festival appearances included Glastonbury Festival and the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
