Artist
Mario Biondi is an Italian soul and jazz singer, born in Catania in 1971. His deep baritone is central to recordings including “This Is What You Are,” first heard on the album Handful of Soul, as well as the albums If, Sun and Beyond. The 2007 concert album I Love You More was recorded at Milan’s Teatro Smeraldo with the Duke Orchestra, documenting Biondi in an orchestral soul-jazz setting. He followed it with another concert release, Yes You Live, built around his voice and touring band.
