Martin Garrix is a Dutch DJ and producer, born in Amstelveen in 1996, who makes house, electronic dance music and dance-pop. He became known through the 2013 instrumental “Animals”; later singles include “In the Name of Love” with Bebe Rexha and “Scared to Be Lonely” with Dua Lipa. In 2018, he performed at the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Before and after that appearance, he played main-stage sets at Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival. His club residencies have included Ushuaïa Ibiza and Omnia Nightclub in Las Vegas. He has also staged large hometown headline shows at RAI Amsterdam.
