Masters Of Reality in Dortmund

Masters Of Reality are an American hard-rock band formed in Syracuse, New York, in 1981 by singer and guitarist Chris Goss and guitarist Tim Harrington. Their heavy, blues-rooted sound became closely associated with desert rock, and their best-known recordings include “The Blue Garden,” “Domino” and “Candy Song” from the self-titled debut, as well as the album Sunrise on the Sufferbus. Ginger Baker joined the group for Sunrise on the Sufferbus and toured behind the record in the early 1990s. The live album How High the Moon: Live at the Viper Room later documented a club performance in Los Angeles, while Flak ’n’ Flight captured the European touring period around Deep in the Hole.
