Artists
Megaloh is a German rapper, born in Frankfurt am Main in 1981 and raised in Berlin’s Moabit district. His direct, densely written German-language rap is documented on albums including Endlich unendlich, Regenmacher and Hotbox. He toured clubs behind Endlich unendlich in 2013, followed by the Regenmacher tour after that album’s release. His festival history includes performances at splash! Festival and Openair Frauenfeld.
Umse is a German rapper from Ratingen whose music is rooted in sample-based boom-bap and precise, reflective rhymes. His key albums include Wachstum, Kunst für sich, Hawaiianischer Schnee, Durch die Wolkendecke and Uno. The club tour behind Kunst für sich took Umse through German-speaking venues after the album’s release. He followed it with another club run centered on Hawaiianischer Schnee.
