Michel Jonasz is a French singer-songwriter, composer and actor, born in Drancy in 1947. He performs chanson shaped by jazz, blues and soul, and is known for songs including “Les Vacances au bord de la mer,” “Joueur de blues,” “La Boîte de jazz” and “Super Nana.” In 1985, he recorded his concerts at the Palais des Sports in Paris for a live album. He followed them with the staged concert work La Fabuleuse Histoire de Mister Swing, while later live releases documented performances at the Zénith and Olympia. The Piano-Voix concerts present Michel Jonasz in duo with pianist Jean-Yves d’Angelo.
