Modeselektor are a German electronic duo formed in Berlin in 1996 by Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary. Their music moves through techno, electro and experimental club sounds; key releases include the albums Hello Mom!, Happy Birthday! and Monkeytown, plus the Thom Yorke collaborations “The White Flash” and “Shipwreck.” Radiohead invited the duo to support selected European concerts during the In Rainbows touring cycle. Modeselektor later performed at Coachella in 2012, while their festival history also includes Sónar in Barcelona and Melt! at Ferropolis.
