About Moon Taxi
Moon Taxi is an American alternative-rock band formed in Nashville in 2006. Its music draws on indie rock, funk and the improvisational side of jam bands; the group is known for songs including “Two High” and “Morocco,” as well as the albums Mountains Beaches Cities, Daybreaker and Let the Record Play.
Moon Taxi performed at Bonnaroo before going on to headline Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, and its touring history also includes Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. The band has played Lollapalooza in Chicago and Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas.
