Motorpsycho in Oldenburg

Motorpsycho are a Norwegian rock band formed in Trondheim in 1989 by Bent Sæther, Hans Magnus Ryan and Kjell Runar Jenssen. Their music encompasses psychedelic, progressive, alternative and hard rock, and albums including Demon Box, Timothy’s Monster and Trust Us established the breadth of their catalog. The Roadwork live-album series began with recordings made during 1998, documenting the extended performances and improvisation found in the band’s concerts. In 2010, Motorpsycho performed a commissioned work at Moldejazz with keyboardist Ståle Storløkken and Trondheim Jazz Orchestra; the project was subsequently recorded as The Death Defying Unicorn.
