moumoon is a Japanese pop duo formed in 2005 by vocalist YUKA and guitarist and composer Kousuke Masaki. They are known for the songs “Sunshine Girl” and “Chu Chu,” while “Hello, shooting-star” served as an ending theme for the anime series Assassination Classroom. The duo established a recurring performance series timed to the full moon and broadcast many editions online. These shows center on YUKA’s singing and Kousuke Masaki’s guitar, while special editions have also been presented for in-person audiences under the Fullmoon Live name.
