About Mount Kimbie
Mount Kimbie are a British electronic group formed in London in 2008 by Dominic Maker and Kai Campos. They are known for the albums Crooks & Lovers, Cold Spring Fault Less Youth and Love What Survives, as well as tracks including “Made to Stray,” “We Go Home Together” with James Blake and “Blue Train Lines” featuring King Krule.
Mount Kimbie played Coachella in 2011 during the touring cycle for Crooks & Lovers. Their 2017 concerts used a live-band arrangement for the material on Love What Survives, and a further international tour in 2024 included London and New York.
The shows for The Sunset Violent presented the group as a four-piece: the founders were joined by Andrea Balency-Béarn and Marc Pell.
