Ms.OOJA in Osaka

Ms.OOJA is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, who performs R&B and pop. She made her major-label debut with “It’s OK” in 2011, and her ballad “Be...” served as the theme song for the TBS drama Renai Neet: Wasureta Koi no Hajimekata. Her catalogue also includes the Woman -Love Song Covers- series, built around interpretations of Japanese pop and kayōkyoku standards. Ms.OOJA performed in Nagoya’s club scene before her major-label debut, establishing her early live repertoire through R&B-oriented sets. In 2022, she marked her tenth anniversary with Ms.OOJA 10th Anniversary Live “Hajimari no Toki,” realizing a long-stated goal of holding her own concert at Nippon Budokan.
