Murda in Frankfurt am Main

Murda is the stage name of Önder Doğan, a Turkish-Dutch rapper born in Amsterdam. He records in Dutch and Turkish, and his music sits in hip-hop, trap and dancehall-toned pop. His best-known tracks include “Aya” and “Bi Sonraki Hayatımda Gel” with Ezhel, “Gece Gündüz” with MERO, and the album Made in Turkey . Murda performed in the Dutch hip-hop circuit under the name Murda Turk before his Turkish-language collaborations became central to his concert repertoire. His later shows have been rapper-led club, theatre and festival sets for Turkish-speaking rap audiences, taking the Amsterdam scene where he started onto stages in Istanbul.
