Nami Tamaki in Hong Kong

Nami Tamaki is a Japanese pop singer, born in 1988, whose dance-pop songs became closely associated with anime. She debuted with “Believe,” a theme for Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, and returned to the franchise with “Realize” and “Reason”; her early albums include Greeting and Make Progress. The 2004 Nami Tamaki 1st Concert “Greeting” established her first headlining tour in Japan, followed by concerts supporting Make Progress in 2005. In 2006, her live work took her to Baltimore as a musical guest at Otakon.
