About Naughty Professor
Naughty Professor is an American instrumental jazz-funk sextet formed in 2010 by musicians who met at Loyola University. The group is known for horn-led compositions and the albums Until the Next Time, Identity and Out on a Limb; the last of these includes appearances by Chali 2na, David Shaw and Ivan Neville.
Naughty Professor has performed at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and played Tipitina’s in its home city. The sextet has also brought its instrumental set to the High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy, California.
