Nelly in Youngstown

Nelly is an American rapper and singer, born in Austin and raised in St. Louis. After recording with St. Lunatics, he established his solo career with the album Country Grammar and songs including “Ride wit Me,” “Hot in Herre” and “Dilemma,” his duet with Kelly Rowland. Nelly performed in the Super Bowl XXXV halftime show in Tampa in 2001, appearing in a lineup that included Aerosmith, NSYNC, Britney Spears and Mary J. Blige. He returned to the event in Houston for Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004 and performed “Hot in Herre.” In 2019, he co-headlined a North American amphitheatre tour with TLC, supported by Flo Rida.

Ying Yang Twins are an American hip-hop duo formed in Atlanta in 1996 by Kaine and D-Roc. Their Southern rap and crunk catalog includes “Whistle While You Twurk,” “Salt Shaker,” “Wait (The Whisper Song)” and “Shake,” as well as their appearance on Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz’s “Get Low.” The albums Me & My Brother and U.S.A. (United State of Atlanta) contain several of their best-known tracks. In 2022, the duo joined The Millennium Tour: Turned Up!, a multi-artist arena tour built around rap and R&B from the 2000s. They performed on the tour alongside Bow Wow, Mario, Keri Hilson and Lloyd.
