Neri Per Caso in Milan

Neri Per Caso are an Italian vocal group formed in Salerno in 1991, known for performing pop a cappella. They became widely known after winning the newcomers’ section of the 1995 Sanremo Music Festival with “Le ragazze,” which also became the title track of their debut album; “Sentimento pentimento” is another of their best-known recordings. At the Teatro Ariston in 1995, Neri Per Caso presented “Le ragazze” using voices for the melody, harmonies, bass and rhythm. They returned the following year for the main competition with “Mai più sola,” and their later Sanremo appearances included performances connected with Mietta’s “Baciami adesso” in 2008 and “Arrivedorci” by Elio e le Storie Tese in 2018.
