Nevermore is an American heavy metal band formed in Seattle in 1992 by former Sanctuary members Warrel Dane, Jim Sheppard and Jeff Loomis. They play progressive, power and thrash metal alongside traditional heavy metal. Their albums include The Politics of Ecstasy, Dreaming Neon Black, Dead Heart in a Dead World, This Godless Endeavor and The Obsidian Conspiracy. Nevermore performed at the Netherlands’ Dynamo Open Air festival and toured with Iced Earth and Mercyful Fate. They supported Dead Heart in a Dead World on a U.S. tour featuring In Flames and Shadows Fall.
