About Nicholas Allbrook
Nicholas Allbrook is an Australian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Perth who makes psychedelic and alternative rock. He is best known as the frontman of Pond and as a former touring member of Tame Impala; his solo albums include Ganough, Wallis and Fatuna, Pure Gardiya and Manganese.
From 2009 until 2013, Nicholas Allbrook toured as Tame Impala’s live bassist and guitarist while the group took Innerspeaker and Lonerism on the road. After leaving that lineup, he continued to lead Pond on tour and played club dates under his own name, drawing his solo repertoire from records including Pure Gardiya and Manganese.
