Aloe Blacc is an American singer, songwriter and rapper, born in 1979, who performs soul, R&B and hip-hop. His best-known songs include “I Need a Dollar” from Good Things and “The Man” from Lift Your Spirit. He also co-wrote and sang lead vocals on Avicii’s “Wake Me Up.” In 2011, he performed at Glastonbury Festival while touring songs from Good Things. In 2014, after the release of Lift Your Spirit, he supported Bruno Mars on selected North American dates of The Moonshine Jungle Tour.
