Nino Katamadze in Tallinn

Nino Katamadze is a Georgian singer and songwriter, born in Kobuleti in 1972, who performs jazz and rock shaped by Georgian musical traditions. She is known for her work with the band Insight, the colour-titled albums Black, White and Blue, and songs including “Olei” and “Once in the Street.” Since 1999, she has performed with Insight, led by guitarist Gocha Kacheishvili. Their concert history includes appearances at the Tbilisi Jazz Festival and the Black Sea Jazz Festival in Batumi.
