About Noize MC
Noize MC is the stage name and musical project of Russian rapper, singer and guitarist Ivan Alekseyev, who began performing under the name in 2003. His music draws on hip-hop, freestyle rap, alternative rock and rapcore; key releases include the albums The Greatest Hits Vol. 1, Hard Reboot and Tsar Gory, as well as the songs “Za zakrytoy dveryu,” “Vydykhay” and “Vselennaya beskonechna?”
The XV anniversary concerts in 2018 marked fifteen years of the project. Alekseyev performs on vocals and guitar with a full band, and freestyle improvisation has long formed part of his concerts. In 2022, he and Monetochka presented the Voices of Peace benefit concert series in European cities to support Ukrainian refugees.
