About Norma Jean

Norma Jean is an American metalcore band formed in Douglasville, Georgia, in 1997 under the name Luti-Kriss; it adopted its present name in 2002. The band is known for dense, abrasive records including Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child, O God, the Aftermath, Redeemer, Wrongdoers and All Hail.

Norma Jean played Ozzfest in 2006 and later appeared on the 2008 Vans Warped Tour. In 2022, the band toured for the 20th anniversary of Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child, performing the album in full. The tour also featured Emery and The Ongoing Concept.
