Nosaj Thing is the recording name of American electronic producer Jason Chung, a Los Angeles native known for atmospheric instrumentals shaped by hip-hop rhythms, glitch textures and ambient space. His catalog began with the album Drift and continued through Home, Fated, Parallels and Continua; he has also produced music for Kid Cudi and Kendrick Lamar. Nosaj Thing has performed at Coachella and Barcelona’s Sónar, taking his beat-driven catalog to major electronic-music festivals. His stage work has also included synchronized audiovisual performances developed with Japanese media artist Daito Manabe.
