Old Man's Child is a Norwegian melodic and symphonic black-metal project founded in Oslo in 1993 by guitarist and vocalist Galder. The project is known for albums including Born of the Flickering, The Pagan Prosperity, In Defiance of Existence and Slaves of the World. A 2000 performance at Wacken Open Air was later released on the concert DVD The Historical Plague. After a long absence from the stage, Galder brought Old Man's Child back for a full-band performance at Tons of Rock in Oslo in 2025.
