Oliver Heldens & KAS:ST in Budapest

Oliver Heldens is a Dutch DJ and producer, born in Rotterdam in 1995, who plays bass-driven house and techno. He became known through “Gecko” and its Becky Hill vocal version, “Gecko (Overdrive),” followed by tracks including “Koala” and the Riton collaboration “Turn Me On.” In 2015, he performed at Coachella and Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Those appearances were followed by sets at EDC Las Vegas and Tomorrowland. His shows are DJ sets built around his own productions and house releases from his Heldeep label. He also performs tougher techno under the name HI-LO.

KAS:ST is a French electronic project associated with Paris, known for cinematic melodic techno shaped by acid lines and ambient passages. Its best-known work includes “Hell on Earth,” the album Road to Nowhere and its follow-up A Magic World. KAS:ST performed a live set for Cercle at the Château de Fontainebleau, placing original tracks within a continuous electronic performance. The project has also appeared at major dance events including Awakenings and Tomorrowland.
